What part of your Christmas dinner will you cook in the air fryer?

I made a list of food I need for this year’s Christmas dinner (all the traditional stuff) and I thought to save some time I should make use of the air fryer. The only obvious thing to cook in there is the sausages/pigs in blankets. I don’t use it much apart from occasional fish fingers so I might be missing something. What will you use the air fryer for this Christmas?

My air fryer is round with a paddle, so I might try parsnips. Last year I did some PIB’s and it stripped them of their B’s….. it all tasted good though!

@BercowsFestiveFlamingo I'll try to find our recipe to post.

Miguel Barclay and Alexis someone did a programme on Channel 4 about what to cook in your air fryer. It was on last night. They did the lot in a ninja dual .

Took them 2 1/2 hours to cook everything Inc Christmas pudding.

My main take was that you need your main oven to keep everything warm as you basically have to cook everything separately. Might as well put your oven and hob on and have it all be ready at the same time rather than lingering about

The turkey crown looked crap and very dry as they carved it. As it came out of the air fryer it looked like one of those faked made for photo shoot turkeys.

I thought it was a piss take tbh .

Roast potatoes and parsnips. We only have a single oven (who buys a single oven???) so will be grateful for the space.

Pigs in blankets only, as the oven will be on and the rest fits in there.
