Last year the crimpet was the winner and I'm wondering if there are any more ideas I could steal.

Etsy has been a good source! I've found nice barbie clothes for dd, a magnetic fidget toy for ds and a ravioli stamp for dh.

Other stocking purchases from elsewhere include a tumble dryer egg for MIL and an Agatha Christie puzzle book

I'd be very interested in burger press recommendations!

Just bought some superhero Lego figure keyrings from the Lego store and had to pull myself away from the make your own minifigures and Lego ornaments. Also stocked up on cutesy pens from Waterstones, they have a tiny corgi one with hello corgious on it.

Nothing ground breaking

DD is getting a small doll, sunglasses, hair brush, dress up gloves, bracelet

DS1 is getting shock pen, badge, bottle opener, PS5 grips, a lucky fish

DS2 is getting hole punch, joke gum, blind bag, transformer 3d logo, glider

  • they all get stickers and a bunch of sweets

A stocking filler I'm quite excited about giving my DD(12) is a bee revival keyring! She loves nature generally and loves bees...always tries to help a struggling bee if she sees one. This keyring is a tiny refillable vial containing sugar syrup that she can have with her all the time so it's there if she needs it! It's really cute 😊

I bought these for all my adult kids and their significant others a few years ago, after a recommendation on here. They are still in use.
Wonderful gift

They are good! And no cord needed.

Thank you. I've no idea what phone DS as it's an old one so I'll check what type of port it has.

Maybe not interesting, but perhaps not thought of, I've put a tape dispenser in my 5 year olds stocking.

I went into school recently to do a parent/child event and the teacher brought out a tape dispenser and all the kids were absolutely loving it.

I teach 5 and 6 year olds and this is a top attraction in class! Along with blu tac.

I’m very excited about a last minute stocking gift for DS8 - a working mini Rubix cube. He will absolutely love it & it was only £10.

DH also found number 1 & number 2 Numberblocks teddies for DS5 for an amazing price in WH Smith last week (£9 instead of the £21 on Amazon) which he will love.

From Menkind, I got DS2 a pocket drum machine and ds1 a mini turn table with 3 tiny records. I hope they both work as not tested either.

I love this!

We only cut our wild flowers back a few weeks ago as we were still getting bees. All summer our front garden has been buzzing literally with bees after we threw some wild flower seeds in it. It looked crazy, nothing compared to our neighbours neatly trimmed front gardens but we loved it and will me continuing to do it.

I got introduced to the card game Skyjo at a friend's house the other night and enjoyed it, so got it for DH's stocking.
