Pudding ideas that must travel well

We’re spending Christmas in an Air BnB and will be making dinner. I love Christmas pudding but sadly no one else does so we’ve decided to go without (or I’ll just buy a small one rather than making one). The consensus has been that people want me to make brownies and ice cream. I’m happy to do it as they can be made in advance and just warmed on the day but me and DH aren’t really feeling it- they’re just not festive to me at all. If we were at home I’d make a trifle or a sticky toffee pudding but I’ll be having to take all of the ingredients with us and although I know there’s an oven etc I couldn’t say what dishes/ bowls they’ll be and I doubt there’ll be any scales or measuring implements.

So has anyone got any ideas for something festive that can be made in advance or with minimal ingredients. DH doesn’t like dried fruit much but apart from that we’re quite easy. I think I’d prefer something hot as we’re going to be somewhere chilly and hopefully will eat after a lovely Christmas Day beach walk.

Apple strudel? Quite robust and to me it is Christmassy.

OK probably too much dried fruit! In our family raspberry jelly is a Christmas thing. So, make jelling a glass bowl with tinned or bottled raspberry juice and gelatin, and suspend the raspberries in it. Not very difficult and it looks and tastes wonderful.

Eton mess? no cooking as such and just needs to be assembled on the day. Take the meringues, cream and strawberries with you and a pretty bowl to serve it in.
OR
Tiamisu? It can be prepared as above or the day before, and made a little more festive with rum or other booze and decorated with little gold or silver balls, and a spring of holly etc
OR
an old fashioned sherry trifle with all the bells and whistles, it can be decorated as above or with toasted nuts, sprinkles and the like. Take a nice bowl with you
