So I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
14, 17, 21 and 25
the 21 year old has his own flat. The 25 year old has a wife and baby.
every year I have always given them £50 each. Now as they get older I question should the ones that have left home still get the same but then is it fair not to give them all the same.

anybody else have this dilemma

I'd give them all the same, irrespective of being at home or not @CheeryLemonHare

If affordability is an issue, then reduce all. £50 is actually very generous. Lovely auntie 🌻

I agree with this.

Once out of full time education, my nieces and nephews get a small gift (around £15) instead of cash. One has just bought a house outright (inheritance) and another earns £40k.

I would start to dial down the money spent on the oldest two. In my family, gifts from aunts and uncles stopped at 18. For the 25 year old with a wife and baby, maybe get something either just for the baby or a family present, but for about £30
