Hi!

I picked up a tag from my local Christmas gift appeal and the description is a 10 year old boy who loves football and science. Any ideas?

TIA.

A science kit? The Works has some at the moment. Build a working volcano and Inside the human body with the various body parts etc.

Just make sure it doesn’t need anything added such as sugar , vinegar etc as they msy not gave access

A football and pump is always good as they lose/burst them constantly
An ollyball, which you can play with inside, or a training ball on a string which you can practice keepy uppys with
There are lots of science kits about but most of them are fiddly and the results aren’t good and they need lots of adult input IMO. Lego technic would be good or one of the snap circuit board sets as they are all in there already (check batteries)

My 9yo boy loves science and football. Some fav presents have been:

training football on an elastic that you strap around your wrist

crystal growing kits (these ones by 3M work well https://amzn.eu/d/2YjVspw)

football and pump always welcome 😂

fossil and gemstone mining / dig kits by national geographic

Ultimate football heroes book set https://amzn.eu/d/gkAh8xm

football goalie gloves

a stopwatch and football training equipment like cones and agility ladder etc
