It's all getting thinner and thinner. Has anyone found or know of a source of heavy paper?

I’ve finished wrapping all my presents for humans, do it early as some we delivered in September. I’ve just got pet stockings to do which is more interesting :)))

I bought from m and s and whsmith this year, I was able to get matching gift tags from those stores, but the paper quality has been really shoddy. The m and s one is so thin.

I had a tiny amount of paper left from an old John Lewis roll and some I bought from tk maxx last year and so much better so I’d try t k maxx as I’ve bought from them a few times over the years and always great paper.

Givewrap paper is great quality and has the added benefit of helping charities:

I recycle last year’s paper and the year before. Usually lasts several years.

We use offcuts from the hand-printed wallpaper we found in the airing cupboard at Number 10.

Dunelm is decent, the White Company is nice too but I’m also not a fan of dull paper or brown paper at Christmas. I like the shine under the fairy lights. The John Lewis candy stripe is ok this year (and fully recyclable) but I’ve only wrapped a few things in it.
