Does she ride? My year 7 DD is getting new warm riding gloves, riding socks and a new riding hat and carry case as her pony-related gifts. If they ever arrive... don't order from Equus. It's been over a month and they've already missed her birthday. Last year I bought her a personalised notebook from Etsy for pony club, which went down well. If she doesn't ride, how about a pony day at a local stable? They tend to do "own a pony" days during the school holidays, which involve mucking out, feeding, brushing, tacking up and riding.
Other things DD is getting, including her stocking:
- Boba balls to add to whatever drink she fancies
- White Fox hoodie in lilac
- Superga canvas shoes
- A bag to keep all her wool and crochet bits together as they're currently taking over the living room
- Face masks
- "Light - A Physics Fairytale"
- Starbucks gift card
- Honeybalm lip balm pot
- Venchy chocolate tin
- Byoma hydrating starter kit skincare set
- Mount Cleverest geography edition
- "50 Things Every Young Lady Should Know", which is a very funny read for me as a parent and actually contains really good advice, despite the stuffy title
