M&S Christnas food to order website is live to book slots and order

They are nuts prices. I know the quality is better usually than other supermarkets but every bloody thing I think looks nice and handy, then I see it’s £50 when I could make it myself for £12 with all organic ingredients and the gap is just too much to justify the convenience. I can afford it but the prices are just not justifiable😭

Another disappointment is that you cannot amend your order, so if I want to add something to it at a later date, I'll have to hope that a new slot at the same time is open or make 2 trips.

Very poor service IMO. I can understand them setting a date by which things can't be amended, but I didn't know that it couldn't be amended until I got my order confirmation.

I've amended my order several times since I placed it.

Go into My Account, Online orders and it will take you in and you should find option to amend.

Thanks! The email says very clearly in bold "This order cannot be amended", which is why I was fooled.

Glad you found it, what I can't find is when they close orders off for amends.

I missed it two years ago and it cost me dearly! Although we ate very well that Christmas 🙈

😂about the eating well. It's usually early to mid December that they close amendments - I think maybe it was 12th last year?

Fab - that's turkey, cheeseboard, dessert, pigs in blankets, and cauliflower cheese sorted. To pick up on christmas Eve morning.

For me it meant pay half now, and pay half later. Spreads out the cost. I know I could probably do it cheaper, but like the M and S stuff so what the hey.

That’s odd as mine says the opposite.
