Selection Boxes

Hi guys I hoping someone could help, the shrinkflation has hit the selection boxes!! The little cadburys ones are now £1.65 and the slightly bigger ones are £3.29, but there is nothing in them now only 5 mini bars and 1 mini bag. I need to buy 7 of them, anyone suggest a good alternative for maximum of £3 per box (even if it's a DIY) just not willing to pay £3.29 for the little rubbish in them!

I bought dh a selection box last year, and some multipack bars and thin foam board.

I carefully opened the selection box, and discarded the moulded plastic tray, cut the foam board to fit inside and then attached as many bars as would fit to the foam board with glue dots, and packaged it up again with double sided tape.
