It's my step dad's birthday at the beginning of January, so I'd love to know what the present hugs were for the men in your life?

Slim, clear plastic display racks to put records on the wall. And a wooden one that lights up and says "now spinning" for the record he's currently playing.

Really well made and already assembled, it looks like it's worth so much more and Db loved it. I had one made for Dh a few years ago by someone on etsy for treble the price (although it was engraved and wood used was chosen to match our style) I think the Next one is just as nice.

Best gift for DH was a delonghi bean to cup coffee machine. Bought for last Xmas and used every day multiple times!

I got mine a portable projector, it connects to phone or fire stick etc, so he can watch things whilst away travelling in hotels etc and he doesn't have to do it on a phone screen.

Is there something your step dad uses a lot that could do with an upgrade? I think I got my DH’s presents right this year using that approach. Specifically, I replaced his basic flask and his insulated coffee cup that didn’t fit in the cup holder of his car, both with v pricy but top quality Stanley versions. And a new ‘manly’ cool bag to replace the ten year old ‘free with purchase’ Tesco branded one.

I second these. We had one for a 'date' night a couple of months ago and enjoyed it. We gave one to my partners aunt/uncle for Xmas and they were really pleased with it.
