What to get the in-laws that have everything?

They are rather wealthy, I've only known them 2 years. Last year I got them a sage tree for the garden. What are you getting your in laws? 🤔

I agree with the hamper suggestion. We first did that with PILs about 20 years ago. They were very into Italian food so we found lots of Italian delicacies. Sounds a bit pedestrian now when pannetone is in every supermarket, but at the time we managed to find lots of stuff they didn't normally have and they loved it.

Or Lego?

My parents have everything they need so they're getting

  • Calendar with family photos - different pics from last year on the appropriate month page of family (with the occasional historic one if it goes / amuses)
  • aa book each
  • a restaurant voucher from me & my sister. We tend to print our own IOU so they don't lapse (afrer we lost the money one year due to a hip op.) We do research new places for them to go & us to pay.
