Ideas for nieces 4 & 5 who live abroad

My children are in their 20s so I'm out of touch with what little girls like these days. My nieces are 4 and 5, looking for some ideas about £30-40 to send. I usually get dressing up stuff, so was hoping for something different. Any help would be appreciated x

Is that the budget between the 2 or each?
My 5 year old is getting/has asked for
child make up set
hair clips/bobbles/ personalised brush set
a Julia Donaldson book with collection of stories (zog, scarecrows wedding etc)
bath bombs/bubble bath
matilda the musical soundtrack cd
a new umbrella
beady bracelet with Flamingo dangly bit
activity book with unicorn pencil case and new crayons
kinetic sand and play dough
a fingerling - but any sort of animated electronic animal would have done ie curlimal or the pets in the home thingy that I can’t remember the proper name for 🙈
Literally anything Barbie related!!

She’s 5 ten days before Christmas so kind of covers both of your ages.

Where do you post them to? We just sent two parcels to Germany, one with a calendar and chocolates, one with mince pies and chocolates.
Postage for both was nearly £25.

I would see if you can buy from their "local" Amazon and get it delivered as a domestic parcel. I do this when I buy my mum's birthday presents.

disney Princess Lego?

Thanks for your suggestions, I post to America, so cost is high, but I think my dad is going this year and could put in his case. Disney Lego sounds good, I didn’t know they made that, also Barbie. Waiting for my brother to let me know what they like, but not looking hopeful!

If your dad can't take the presents over, I'd buy online from a US shop to be delivered directly them if you can – the foreign transaction fees will be much less than the postage.

My DD will be 4.5 at Christmas, and she's getting a new board game or two, craft stuff/craft kits, lego (not princesses in her case), a new jigsaw, dressing up bits, some of the Usborne Look Inside books. My niece is five, and she's asked for a child's magazine subscription and some fun tights (she doesn't live in the UK, and apparently bright colours and patterns are hard to buy where she is).

Bookmarking for the 4 year old girl in my family - who lives in Aus! My budget is a bit less, as I have 10 people to buy for in the Australian branch of the family! She is quite crafty, so I have bought a crown making/decorating set in the past, and sone magnetic letters/objects when she was younger,

I buy things locally in Aus for them. Postage is expensive and there is no tax-free gift allowance, meaning they are liable for customs duties. There is none here in France either, so I encourage them to do the same. It's just a shame that we can't send gifts from our own countries - it's always nice to relieve something you can't get at home!

*Receive! (When are we getting the edit feature on the app?)

Thank you for your help, I really like the bead sets, so think I'll get those and get something to go with them. I'd forgotten about Usborne books, but my children used to love those so will have a look. My brother said they like making things but aren't into lego.

Usborne dolly dressing sticker books are a firm favourite with my girls lots of different subjects. We have a pony show and winter wonderland ready for putting under the tree.
