14 year old phone obsessed relatives - what games do your teens enjoy that we can all play together? We have Exploding Kittens and Monopoly Deal already which they liked.

Dobble is a firm favourite here! Gets quite competitive 🤣

We also like colour brain, herd mentality, what came first, throw throw burrito, Chameleon.

You can get expansion packs for exploding kittens, I got one for Christmas.

Card games we really like uno, no more llamas.

My dd (15) really liked cards against humanity when we played at a friend's house, but this really does depend on your sense of humour as a family! (I realised she knew far more than I thought she did!!)

Another favourite is payday. We have my version from when I was younger. What is good about this game, you can choose how many months you will play so can last as long as you want.

My youngest really likes p is for pizza, bananagrams and boggle. Dd1 not so keen as she struggles with spelling.

I'm looking at the dumb ways to die card game for dd1 this year.

So not sure what the name is requires, two dice, a timer and a pile of gifts/objects. Ideally one item per player.
Set the timer for say 5 mins.
Roll the dice, if you get a double you get to take an object from the center of the table, dice goes to next person and so on,
if you run out of things in the middle you get to steal from someone else.
Ends when the timer runs out. (Length of play is entirely up to you!)
Prizes can be shared out at the end if one person has ended up with everything. But that depends on your players!
Works well for all ages, we wrapped up small Choc bars or other random things so you couldn't see what you were getting.

We play a game similar to this! We call it bad santa! There's usually a "good" gift but includes random things like a toilet roll, tin of beans. All wrapped in weird and wonderful ways (and always a big box!) I usually budget around £10-15 for 5 players and around 3 gifts each.

This year's offerings are:
This is fine pin badge, chocolate frog keyring, Christmas beauty face mask, ho ho ho headband, Lord of the rings ring, Christmas pudding juggling balls, inflatable horse, Christmas dobble, nessie ladle, £1 scratch card, toilet roll, carrot, flickin chicken, bouncing frogs, a rock with googly eyes! Total of £11.91 (will add toilet roll, carrot and rock from home!)
