Freezer Christmas meal, any suggestions?

We have decided to go abroad for Christmas this year to break the cycle of being constantly ill, exhausted and put-upon during our xmas holiday since we had children 5 years ago.

We are getting back on boxing day and it would be great to have an entire Christmas meal waiting for us in the freezer to shove in the oven that day or the following day (incase we are too tired) I usually cook my roasts from scratch so I have no idea what is decent from frozen. Fancy/unusual stuff would be lovely but doesn't need to be strictly traditional roast but I am fond of a pig in blanket. Red cabbage is also non negotiable as ds loves it. I suppose I don't mind doing something simple on the hob but ideally avoided.

I've looked at m and s Christmas stuff but delivery is only while we are away.

Try Cook. All of it can be cooked from frozen except the turkey, which you can skip.

Aldi and Lidl. Frozen Turkey joints and side dishes, all of which cook from frozen.

Another vote for Cook. It's always delicious, and really easy

I tend to cook elements of the meal in advance and freeze so things like red cabbage, stuffing, dauphinoise are ready to go. I’ve never frozen roasters but believe you can. If you don’t want to cook then I hear that Cook have a nice range, M&S likewise. I’m quite tempted by the veggie options at Lodge Farm Kitchen as bored of what I usually make.

A week or so before Christmas I always make a double batch of Ina Garten's Bouef Bourgignon and freeze it. It's really handy to have two lots that serve 6 so we can cover it if we get visitors at fairly last minute. Also it's delicious!
