Gift ideas for 4 year old obsessed with leads, wires, pipes

4 year old DS is obsessed with leads, wires, pipes, anything that connects to something else. Anything he can plug in and charge. Says he wants to be an electrician. He is possibly autistic and on the pathway for diagnosis. He has a couple of different marble runs and electric circuit kits already. He doesn’t like “normal” toys and does very little imaginative play. Any suggestions? I’ve seen some tube toys that you can connect on Amazon and some magnetic tiles which I will get but wondered if anyone has any ideas?

It’s aimed at the age group slightly above his, but if an adult helped him, I think he’d like this. Also, if you Google ‘Sailors Knot Kits’ loads come up that he might enjoy.

one of our grandson’s relatives made him a big board with working pulleys, knobs, pulls, switches, plugs, dials etc on it. You name it, it was on there. Absolutely loved it. Could you make/source (Etsy, etc.) something like that?
