I waited with bated breath and football4U turned up today!!!!! The tracking said a package from MARTIN - had no idea what it was, and shabam it was football strips!

There’s no contact number on there, just emails. I’ll have a root about tonight to see if I can find one.

Did anyone order one of the Vodafone offer cookies from Blondies Kitchen? They’ve just emailed me to say that they can’t deliver on time because of the Royal Mail strikes and won’t/can’t refund me so I’ll have to wait until after Christmas for the cookie but they have offered me 20% off future (overpriced) orders 🙄

@LemonFrosting Please be very careful with that Sensory Education/ Cheap disability aids website. They have awful reviews and I have used it in the past and ended up having to do a chargeback.

I had similar and was told that my tracking number had got mixed up- they sent me the correct one. Looks like that is an issue...

I managed to place an order with my smashed grapes voucher before they stopped them all. Has anyone who placed an order heard anything? I bought some wine so was wondering if it would actually come or do I need to find an alternative?

Got an email from smashed grapes today saying they have processed my refund, I requested it a few days ago and got a generic 'we have a high number of emails to get through' reply so I think they are slowly responding to everyone.

Ordered one of the pet portraits that everyone was talking about a few threads ago from Paw and Glory (can't remember if that's one of the brands people were discussing). I selected different options for size and frame then they sent me the artwork to approve, I asked for a change to the artwork but didn't realise that all the other options reset and had to be reselected, just a heads up in case anyone else is using them for Christmas gifts. I'm gutted, it was my DPs main present and it's nothing like what I thought I was ordering 🤦‍♀️

@Isyesterdaytomorrowtoday yes, ignore emails or state they will resend. I've emailed countless times, I cannot afford to buy other gifts until I get a refund

My cookie turned up yesterday also. Had planned on it going in to DS stocking but looked online and it said to eat within a couple of days so we ate it for pudding- it was delicious! 😋 Beautifully packaged as well
