Speak to your bank about doing a chargeback for the amount.
I've had horrendous issues with Ultimate Outdoors. I returned several items via their designated courier and they're claiming there were less items in the box. Sent them proof of return etc as requested andover 3 weeks later I've still heard nothing, no refund, and they're not responding to emails. Spoke to my bank and the bank have done the chargeback thing and put the money straight back in my account.

Lindt website has the lindor tins and maxi balls reduced to £10 and others as well thats 1/3 off. Free delivery if spend over £50 and if you go via topcashback it's 10% cashback

Plot twist: my Smashed Grapes box, which was allegedly delivered to the North of England on Thursday, has just arrived to the house. So good luck to the rest of you with dodgy tracking.

There's a vivienne westwood outlet at bicester which has a selection of jewellery. You could ring them before travelling to confirm which pieces are in stock. There may be other outlet stores dotted around

I've had a nightmare with Superdrug - returned an item and they said they hadn't received it. It was a really expensive item (£100+) so I really needed the refund. I had tracking info, thankfully, but then Superdrug said they'd lost it in the warehouse and would have to find it to check the contents as it was high value. It was going on for 6 weeks, everyone from Superdrug telling me a different thing, no telephone service anymore.

Eventually I went through a free complaints service called Resolver and my refund was in my account within 24 hours. I'd totally recommend them to anyone who's getting nowhere with customer services for any company.

Somebody on the previous thread mentioned some lovely personalised snow globes from Snapfish at 50%, is there a specific code as i can only seem to get 30%

I ordered a charcuterie and a cheese tasting box - charcuterie has just arrived and got a voucher for the cheese one.

Does sound like a bad mix of letting the discount run far beyond when it should and the postal chaos leaving them in a complete mess I think

thanks for the Vivienne Westwood info. I think I'll share the cheaper (but not cheap!) places with her and let her justify her Christmas money spending on it! The mad thing is my other half runs a jewellers and he would cry if we bought such cheap metals for that much !! LOL!

It never arrived, it wasn't due to royal mail, the company just cancelled the order.
