Can I just say not to get the M&S one! I've always been impressed by the aftershaves they have in store (my M&S is huge), but the sample pack was rubbish.

If you haven't tasted them and know you like them I would swerve Beanies coffee. IMHO the taste neither of the flavour they advertise or coffee.

@WhatICallMyUsername at the bit where it mentioned have you contacted the seller I clicked no and then in the comments box (I think on the next page), I typed that I had received an email to cancel with no mention of a refund and submitted it. They refunded immediately, which I was surprised about as I assumed they would come back to me wanting more evidence.

Yeah, that's when I ordered, but with the code they were only £2 delivered! Which was a huge bargain. Sadly at the time I didn't have the extra to stretch to the fiver a box.

I can't believe the Bubble Panda Tea sets are £40. Although that always been the RRP price I've never seen them at that price. They've been £25 for ages. I got both dds a sets. I thought £50 for 2 was a lot.

Smashed grapes is pants. The website keeps crashing. I spun the wheel and got 50% off wine and cheese. When I try to use the code it says invalid gift card 😡

I think Smashed Grapes have really shot themselves in the foot by sending these vouchers out, TBH. They're clearly struggling with demand but they've basically just invited everyone to put another order in!
What they should have done, IMHO, is refunded the postage costs and any other actual money paid and given everyone a new voucher to replace the used ones, but make that voucher only valid from Jan to give themselves time to catch up.

Was 100% cashback, so just had to pay delivery - £3.95 or similar.

Tracked at just 5% cashback. I opened a claim and they have closed it today saying the 5% is correct.

I've messaged but not holding out much hope. After being a paid member for years I'm so unimpressed by their terrible customer service this year. Im going to cancel and switch to topcashback going forward, but I want my bloody 100% cashback!

@ClaraTheImpossibleGirl how about the Teddy bear throw from Dunelm for your friend? It is super soft and suitable on sofa or in bed. I bought one for me for cold evenings and it keeps being "borrowed", looking at you DD!

A PP also suggested for someone in a similar position making up a treatment bag with puzzle books, hand cream, mints etc
