@ScarierThanBoo thanks for the title. Hope your slappers keep you lovely and warm and cushion your feet through the winter Xmas Grin

Hi, has anyone ordered from Red Bubble before please? What was your experience?

Considering ordering cushion covers from there but reviews are very hit and miss. Some 5 star and some 1 star?!

ImHavingAnOldFriendForDinner · 05/12/2022 14:29

Does anyone have any codes for Bubble Panda? I added a starter kit to my basket last night and it was £25 but I've just gone to check out and it's £40!

lightisnotwhite · 05/12/2022 14:40

@SnowJamz I ordered some niche things for DH work for Christmas. It’s a bit like Not On the High Street I think. Some sellers are great and some less so I guess. All the things I bought - T shirt, travel mug and notebook were excellent. Not the quickest to arrive but got here when they said.

Exactly that- hit and miss. Ordered quite a bit this year and most good - stickers (specific Fortnite character for DS3), cushion cover (Maths themed for DS1), tshirt for DS2, notebook (engineer quote), a print of our city, but different supplier 2 tshirts, whilst fun for the quotes I wanted are very thin.

You can get great things for specific themes you find hard to get elsewhere, but quality is mixed as coming from all sorts of sellers.

Does anyone know any codes for Guess please? I have seen a bag that would be perfect for dd but it’s new stock and their 30% discount doesn’t apply. Not hopeful but not keen on full price! Thank you.

Thesearmsofmine · 05/12/2022 14:49

Home Bargains had some Bubble t cosmetic products in store, i saw sheet masks (79p) and bubble bath(£2.99 I think) in my very small store. They are in really fun packaging so would be nice for tween/early teen girls for stocking fillers/beauty hampers. Sadly my boys wouldn’t appreciate them!

If anyone is buying from the Lego website, there’s a code on student beans to get a free Adidas shoe with a £75 spend. The code is generated every day . I’ll post current one here but can get another one tomorrow if anyone wants one.

THAT is an amazing deal. I bought the trainer for DS1 last year - waited and waited for a bargain and got it for £45 I think- and it's fabulous.

Restlessinthenorth · 05/12/2022 15:06

My footballsbestforyou kit saga continues. Just checked the Royal Mail tracking app which suggests they attempted to deliver this morning. To rearrange delivery I need details from the card, which of course hasn't been left! Starting to doubt I will ever see the bloody thing

Justhereforthechristmasthreads · 05/12/2022 15:12

Redbubble (as far as I know) doesn't come from different sellers. The sellers just upload their designs and the items are all made from whoever redbubble outsource that product too - so you can order 4 different tshirts from 4 different sellers and they will all be produced by the same company and dispatched to you. I've never had any issues with the bits I have bought - look out for postage costs, different items come from different places so shipping can be expensive

That's not my experience- I ordered quite a bit of very specific items that are locally themed (including language) so I imagine these are from very specific sellers.

It’s only a little one I’m afraid.

chocolatepudandchocolatesauce · 05/12/2022 15:32

@Puffalicious its not the big trainer but a smaller set. Still nice to get something free.

Ewock · 05/12/2022 15:42

Thelifeofawife · 05/12/2022 13:17

@Ewock Its £9.99 for one, then you can get another 1 for £6.99 or 2 more for £12.99 (I think there was an offer for 3 more as well, if you know enough people who would want one 😅)

Thanks, not sure I know enough people that would like it for all of those 😂

I need something small for dds boyfriend, any suggestions for something for a teen boy less then £10? He likes music, football and spending a lot of time with dd 😄

CRIMPET!!!

SnowJamz · 05/12/2022 15:55

@lightisnotwhite @Puffalicious @Justhereforthechristmasthreads

Thank you all for replying. Will have another search to see if I can find similar elsewhere and if not then take the risk of ordering with Red Bubble.

Pawport · 05/12/2022 15:58

Redbubble - confirming what @Justhereforthechristmasthreads said as I know a few people who sell on there. They just upload their art/quote or whatever and then redbubble produce the item so the quality of the product is down to redbubble, the design itself is made by the individual. The sellers make literally pennies off each purchase.

Weird, as if you order items from loads of different sellers you pay postage per seller. Order from the same seller and you just pay 1 x postage. So I had assumed the sellers fulfilled the orders

Sneakyblinders · 05/12/2022 16:36

Are there any Spicery discounts flying about?

Gladysrocker · 05/12/2022 17:13

I’ve got a 20% off a £50 spend at Lakeland if it’s any good to anyone?

risefromyourgrave · 05/12/2022 17:19

With the crimpet - does it have to be the thins, or can you use normal bread? I am very tempted, but find the thins a bit sweet.

chocolateisavegetable · 05/12/2022 17:22

Tesco have 20% off gift cards for Wayfair, Pizza Express and a multi-restaurant one that includes Cafe Rouge and Bella Italia

Chocolateteabag · 05/12/2022 17:28

@LemonFrosting take head size over age
It will be fine

FluffyFluffMonster · 05/12/2022 17:42

Cultbeauty have triple points and 15% off in the app! They have some really lovely beauty boxes and gifts

FluffyFluffMonster · 05/12/2022 17:43

This works out to be £16.10

Thread 17 - the one with nice slappers
10storeylovesong · 05/12/2022 17:52

I bought my 5 year old a helmet yesterday. His head measures 53 cm. The helmet says aged 3-11 but it fits him perfectly.
