Can anyone think of a good gift under £25 for a 21 year old who has a lot of money so doesn't really "need" anything, doesn't read books, likes makeup (but probably specific brands) and fashion (ditto).... I'd like to get her something she'd like or that is unusual but I can't think of a single thing!

Does she own her own home? A gorgeous bauble for her Christmas tree maybe.

Wait - you need a mortgage, or a mortgage-free home to be allowed a Christmas bauble now?!

What are renters permitted to decorate their trees with? Gobbets of spit and burnt hair?

Shock

I have a 21 year old. She has way more disposable income than I’ve ever had. She’s asked for a Jellycat. She wants the one in my picture, but there are loads. She can afford what she wants, but loves something cute and quirky!

A colouring book if she can’t read?

No need to be facetious. Just wondering if she has her own tree that’s all.

L'occitane shower oil or neom candle

tinkrbell · 03/12/2022 01:01

Why didnt you just ask that question then? I rent and have always had my own tree 🤷‍♀️

OP something small from
neom or somewhere or something a small card holder type thing (you can often get good deals on good brands and sometimes leather) that can be put in small evening bag (these are surprisingly useful)

A lot of women in my family fit this description! I’ve got them all the Charlotte tilbury cheek set for £24 which is a liquid highlighter and blusher, and then one for myself ;).

Real silk pillowcase set.
Mason Pearson hairbrush.

Jo Malone soap? I was given one a number of years ago by my DD. I wondered at the time why she had given me a bar of soap as I used liquid soap at the time but I love it, beautiful fragrances and lasts absolutely ages. Beautifully packaged too.

Lululemon gift voucher.

I'm older and a bit like this, I'd rather have something smaller but high quality rather than something larger and cheaper.

I'm always very happy with a White Company candle (they are about £20 and if you go in store, you'll get it in a nice bag/tissue)

Neom is another good shout, I particularly like the Real Luxury candle.

Loccitane shower gel/body oil/hand/foot cream. Marks and Spencer sell Loccitane sets that could be another option.

Leuctturm A5 dotted notebook, either for writing or bullet journalling.

Is she your daughter? If so, would she appreciate a photobook of photos of you together throughout the years?

My dd would not appreciate this at all 😂
