Just that really!! We’ve just bought a new house. Old tree was DHs choice and a bit too sparse for my liking and unfortunately accidentally made its way into the “donate” pile during the move 😁🤣

So recommend me a beautiful new tree please 😊 Must be fuller than full 🤣 bonus points if you have pictures!!

B and q have done a tree called an Eiger for a number of years. Off the top of my head it’s less than £150, comes in a range of heights and is easy to assemble and looks spot on. My mother bought one and I loved hers so much I ditched the scabby Argos cheapie that I had and immediately went and bought my own!

I just thought I'd mention if you do want one from balsam hill if you place your order in your basket and leave it there they will give you an extra discount to make you buy

I bought this one last year and wasn't sure when I got it out of the box due to the plastic tips but oh my! Once I got the lights on, bought from the same place and would get a much longer set if I were to buy again, and it was decorated it is the best tree we have ever had! My ds thought it was a real one (he was home for Christmas as he lives away so didn't see it set up) I was very sad to take it down and will set it up on 1st this year🎄

They also plant a tree for every order

I know this is an old thread but - having had a real tree for years, I went for a Balsam Hill smaller one a couple of years ago. Obviously high quality but sent it straight back - I just didn't like how prickly it was (yes they send you gloves to handle it) - more so than a real tree - bothered my skin.

Instead we got a pot grown real tree. It was expensive but has lived outside and now come back in again this year. It doesn't drop as it has it's roots in the pot - just needs watering once inside. We'll repot it after this year. It doesn't grow much each year though but that's not a bad thing! It had some new shoots on this year though.

It's heavy to carry in the house, and a bit messy round the pot when carrying it, but we put it inside a bigger pot indoors so you can't see the messy pot!
