Have an oven and slow cooker.
It’s quite a small piece, just want it to be not dry!
Never cooked it before but overwhelmed with the many different recipes online!
TIA

How did it go @Grottytoilet

It was absolutely delicious @Mrsjayy
Not dry at all and the gravy from the juices was 🤤
I slow cooked in stock with onions and garlic.

Slow cooker. Always the slow cooker for joints of beef. Lob in half an onion and maybe a small apple. Turn it on and leave it. I'd never cook beef joints any other way now.

Slow cooker, I add a beef stock Jelly, a bit of water (just enough to cover the broom of the pan) and melt the stock, then add a bay leaf, some tomato purée, pepper and mixed herbs (there is salt in the stock Cube). Then I turn the meat over halfway through the cooking time.
