Had some brilliant recommendations from the boards here over the years, hoping I can take some inspiration from someone else’s ideas!

I have a few mid 20s family members to buy for.
Budget is probably £50 pp or under.
Interests vary but they don’t drive so gift experiences are probably a no-go.
Males and females (although find the males harder to buy for)

Lush gift set. I think these start at about £10.
4 or 5 of the bestselling fiction books, depending on what you think they would like!
Cookbook, with a couple of the "key" ingredients depending upon the title of the book. Eg you can get a lot of sushi making products/rices/sauces etc in Sainsbury's which go well with a Wagamama's cookbook.
Perfume/aftershave.
Naked eyeshadow palette.

I love the leeds2’s idea of a cookbook with some of the ingredients/equipment to make the recipes. It’s definitely something I’d like (Christmas with Kim Joy is lovely for festive themed baking- I have been dropping heavy hints to my husband!)

Rituals does lovely gift sets (for both men and women), with nice bath and body products.

I’ve done hampers for my BIL/siblings before. I really enjoy going to a farm shop/chocolate shop/specialist booze shop and choosing the things to include (it’s nice to choose the things yourself so you don’t end up with weird chutneys etc unless you know that’s something they’d like).

Really lovely scarf (if you can find a cashmere one in the Black Friday sales then you could probably get something in budget, or ‘Not on the High Street’/‘Oliver Bonas’ have some pretty options).

If they like homeware/luxury goods then a Diptyque (the Christmas ‘Flocon’ is pretty or ‘Baies’ is a classic) or Byredo (‘treehouse’ or biblioteque’) candle would be lovely. Although maybe with a gift receipt so they can exchange it for a different scent.

If they drink then a bottle of champagne/gin/whiskey would probably be appreciated (especially if it’s nicer/more interesting than they’d normally buy for themselves). Maybe with a box of Hotel Chocolat festive chocolates.

I've children of that age and they're a nightmare to buy for, DD is the easiest so far she has beaded gloves,
L'Occitane gift box, and a nivea star with lip balm in it. Yesterday I found a Winter Court ,from the court of thorn and roses series, sweatshirt or one just stating I'm cold. Normally we'd get DDiL some gin but she's pregnant. DS1 has asked for new headphones and DS2 hasn't a clue. We bought him a functional Viking drinking horn with stand for his birthday.
