Powerbanks for teen stockings

Hello,
My teen boys have old power banks (portable phone chargers) which are huge and unwieldy which means they never use them so am looking for recommendations for lightweight but powerful portable chargers to put in their stockings. There seem so many to choose from at such huge price range. My budget is flexible I just want them to work :-)
Thought it might help others buying too
Thanks

No help I’m afraid but also something I’m looking at for dd so interested in the answers.

The anker small cylindrical ones can do a full phone charge

I bought a beautiful and lightweight one from “ideal of Sweden” for larger devices

Ooo, that’s a good stocking filler idea. Not sure which one as I have an Energizer one myself that’s quite good, but not sure they still sell them.

Second anker ones, great brand and I find them reliable

We have had a couple of Anker ones for the last couple of years which ds, dh or I use/share. We have a few of their things and they seem well made/reliable. They have lots to choose from size/power and the popular ones have lots of good reviews on amazon.

Third anker. We have the small cylindrical and larger flat rectangular. Both great.

WeAllHaveWings · 06/11/2021 10:32

Xposted with the other Anker recommendations 🤣

doodlejump1980 · 06/11/2021 10:32

Yup another vote for the anker ones.

Caramellatteplease · 06/11/2021 10:37

Ankers are the best. Others are perfectly good but if you have the money to spend get the best

Tenthing Anker - I've had a little lipstick shaped one for years and it's far better than all my others.

We have these Philips ones. I like them because there are no wires, it plugs directly in to your device. They £17 on Amazon at the moment, but I got ours for £5 each in B&M last Christmas, so I'm hoping they come back in as I'd like to get my parents one each.

Wonderful thanks everyone.
I think I'll go with anker. I might go for one small cylinder and a more powerful one for the other teen.

A short charging cable is a good stocking filler too, for when you are charging in your pocket or bag - there are loads of 0.3m ones around.

hardhabittobreak · 06/11/2021 11:42

Iceworks are lightweight with built-in cables too.

Be careful not to focus on the size. We bought one described as 'mini' and it is small but chunky and heavy like a lead-weight.

better to get a slim one that is specifically lightweight but more phone-sized so it kind of tucks in behind the phone in a pocket or when the phone is used.

So look for weight not size when choosing.
