bought something for £15 from disney shop, but has been doubled up, by mother, argghhh. I havent the recipet, but it is a disney store exclusive, what are my right, or do i have any should i say

Can i take it back? whats the chance if money back, or maybe i could get vouchers, dont relly wnat them as ned the money more to get summat else.
mother is in spain, so can't take hers back, its wrapped and soon to be under tree.

paid cash--drats.

You don't have any legal right to get your money back, as they aren't faulty in any way. However, some shops will refund as it's good customer service.

I think all you can do is go in, ask to speak to the manager and very politely ask for a favour.

Can't you ask mother for her receipt?

otherwise go to store and you'll get vouchers - convince someone in the queue to swap them for cash?

I think that at this time of year they are likely to be helpful - especially if it is an item exclusive to their store.

yes will have to go in. I have seen something else in woolies she would adore, rather than 'finding' something in disney store.

Think I will give them a ring in the morning, as live quite far.
