Fillable letters - what to fill with?

I’ve bought a fillable letter for each of my DC who are aged 13, 9 and 3.

My original idea was to make each into a sweet hamper but they are quite biggish so it would be a lot of sweets, especially for my 3yo. So what else can I fill them with along with sweets? I’ve bought a few hair accessories for the girls (9yo and 3yo) for their stockings so don’t really want to get more.

Any good ideas?

Socks and knickers?

Christmas bauble each.

Little cuddly toys

Oh I Iike those. But do they have a lid, can they stand up once they are full or do they have to lie flat?
Depends on the shape, my first thought was craft bits, ds9 loves painting, but he's a G so I don't know if I could fit a paintbrush into a G shape. He'd love mini pompoms and stickers and beads but I don't know if the letters have a lid. Maybe the stuff would just all fall out.
Or like someone else suggested stuff it with pants and socks? Are they big enough for that, it's hard to tell

Thanks for these ideas! Love the idea of a Christmas decoration each and maybe a small cuddly toy. Craft bits for my little one is also a great idea. Pants and socks will be going in their stockings.

@Teaandakitkat, there’s no lid, they are just open. My plan was to fill them and wrap them in cellophane so they can see the goodies inside but they won’t fall out! I have M, E and I so paintbrushes or maybe reusable straws would work well!

I realise that some of the stocking fillers I’ve bought would actually go well in them. I’ve got them a mug cake mix and a pop-a-cob which would fit inside I think.

Assuming you’ll be able to fit less in I than in M & E, could you pad out any empty spaces with tissue paper so they all look packed?

Have also just discovered pop a cobs, which are fantastic, thank you!

I’m going to sound a bit silly now, but I’ve just got them out again (they’ve been safely hidden away!) and they’re actually not as big as I remember. I reckon sweets will be fine for the older two and I might put a little decoration or soft toy in for my little one (who is the ‘I’ so slightly smaller anyway) and fill the rest with sweets and marshmallows.

The pop-a-cobs look great don’t they?! We’ve not tried them before but for a bit of a novelty they look really fun!
