Ideas for Christmas presents that aren't stuff

I am done with 'stuff' and giving it too frankly so am after ideas for alternative Christmas presents. Basically things that disappear once used!

So far I have:
A subscription to the Spicery (monthly delivery of spices and recipe cards).
Theatre tickets.
Flower or plant subscription.
Tickets to an art class.

Completely stuck on ideas for kids (niece and nephew aged 11 and 13) and in laws! Although they like wine...

Any ideas?

I would have thought that monthly spices and recipe cards come firmly under the heading of "stuff", tbh...

Really? You use the spices to cook the dish and they then no longer exist and recipe cards go in the recycling

Obviously you know the people you are buying for better than us but if someone is interested in cooking enough to want different spices - wouldn't this be something they have in the cupboard already?
I have got to confess I would 'file' away the spices and recipes with the plan to use them 'at some point' but probably never get round to it. I don't have an interest in cooking and recieving a few spices each month wouldn't inspire me to get into it.
If I was a foodie surely I would have a cupboard full of the stuff?

@Legoisthebest I'm really interested in cooking and I'm quite an adventurous cook. I recently took up a subscription to Simply Cook where they send you the spices/sauces and a recipe card and both me and my husband love it! It means we've been able to try loads of different recipes and cuisines without having to spend loads of money on random items that I may not use again.

I've genuinely thrown loads of things away in the past that I've bought especially for one recipe and never touched again.

I know a lot of people don't see recipe kits as proper cooking (guilty, in the past!) but as a temporary measure it's really got us out of a cooking rut!
