My answers are NO NO and NO.
Think we are going to put the decorations up today. We were going to do it yesterday but bad wife and mother that I am had a stonking hangover and couldn't be arsed.
We have one house at the back of ours that looks like something out of Northern Lights. It's the only house decorated at the moment and looks very odd.

My decorations won't go up until around the tenth...too many dust gathering decorations aren't good for asthmatic dh and dd!

Cards are not written, nor posted, will do that early next week.

The presents are wrapped...except fil's, which i am leaving for dh - but no tags on any of our dds prezzies
They are in seperate bags and we know (i think) whose is whose so we can add tags later...

All the cards were posted over a week ago but only coz I'm in Brazil and they won't make it to England in time otherwise.
All other answers, no, I'll do them on about 23rd!! Can't get motivated to do anything Christmassy here, too bl*y hot!

BurpyErnie · 05/12/2007 00:35

I'm an athiest... still having turkey though so don't hate me.

MrsFish · 05/12/2007 06:48

Advent calendar out.

Most presents now been bought (started in September), half of them wrapped with paper bought in the sales in Jan

Cards - family ones done just need to post and circulate. Now need to write the others. (also all bought in Jan Trying desperatly to get a letter finished to send to pen-friend in Oz, last date to send is friday... in fact I should do that now whilst kids are still in bed instead of posting on here

Over fireplace garland put up with lights on, but not getting tree till the 14th.

Right... now to finish letter

No, no and no. I haven't even bouhgt all the pressents yet. Bought our tree on Sunday bit haven't decorrated yet. The tradition in our house is for my DDs to do it. They will probably do it at the weekend.

SantasUnderGodzillasBumcheek · 05/12/2007 10:44

BurpyErnie - i am an aetheist too, but celebrate a winter celebration and call it Christmas/ have Santa so my dds aren't left out (and i don't get chafed at by all and sundry for not 'doing Santa'). Turkey away my friend, guilt-free!

BadKittenInAPearTree · 05/12/2007 12:33

no, no and no
oh how I chortled when I saw this thread title - not!

Have a sneaky feeling that I'm about to miss last day for international post soon. oh dear.

yummers · 05/12/2007 12:42

god no, no and no! i'm so disorganised. i've got mince pies to make, more presents to buy and all the presents to wrap, cards to make and send, the house to decorate, the tree to bring in, and the food shop to do.

but i have made 2 christmas puds! and bought about 60% of the presents. so that's something, i guess.

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 05/12/2007 12:44
