My mum and my MIL are asking me and I have no idea what I'd like!

What are you asking for?

yes TC what is her name?

Rovedo??

berolina · 01/12/2007 22:44

dh is getting me an enormous bottle of Aveda Be Curly conditioner and curl tamer, plus, I suspect, a surprise. I don't actually 'want' anything else - the one other thing I had my eye on (a full-music hymnal) I've ordered for myself.

southeastastra · 02/12/2007 10:12

that was his surname (mustn't post whilst under the influence) sorry

ABudafulSightWereHappyTonight · 02/12/2007 10:17

TC!!!!! Well how the hell are you.

And.....

have you named that poor child?

Thomcat · 02/12/2007 10:22

Oh I went to bed with a DVD and missed chatting to some of my fav mumsnetters.

Not telling you her name unless you are all here together. Aren't you on facebook girls?
If you were then you'd know I named her.......

Well I am on facebook but how do I get to you on facebook??????

A friend added me and I sort of signed up but am a bit afraid of it so haven't done anything else!

Thomcat · 02/12/2007 10:44

Buda - I actually have no idea how you find me! I keep getting requests from people from mumsnet that find me so i thought it must be pretty easy. I only add people who I actually chat to and 'know' on mn though.

Ummmm, there is a mumsnet group on Facebook, join that and then there is a list of people saying who they are on MN and then you can add me. It's pretty obvious who I am.

Thomcat - my mother has bought me a beautiful sweater dress and polo neck from Joseph

ABudafulSightWereHappyTonight · 02/12/2007 11:02

OK TC will try! May be later though as DH wants the computer

francagoestohollywood · 02/12/2007 12:40

TC, I'm a technophobe and facebook scares the hell out of me . But I can cat you if you want

Anna, I'm nurturing some of your wardrobe

wheresthehamster · 02/12/2007 12:47

I've asked my brother for the Jackie Album and Jackie Annual.

I'll have to buy them, wrap them, label them and put them under the tree. On Christmas morning he will hand them to me and say "Merry Christmas, hope you like it" and then later on my mum will reimbursement me the money!

(He's in his forties and single - need you ask)

BreeVanDerCampLGJ · 02/12/2007 12:48

Chanel No 5.

Clarins face wash.

Champagne Truffles. Charbonel et Walker, no other offerings acceptable.

Retro style DAB radio alarm clock.

Original sound track to Little Shop of Horrors.

saltireWallace · 02/12/2007 13:03

My list seems quite tame compared to some!

I've asked for
Clarissa Dickson Wright's book
Stand and Deliver - the Adam Ant Story
Fluffy Socks - the kind I would like I saw in the market actually
A big box of Bendicks mints
Perfume
and DH always buys me some lovely underwear - in the correct size I may add

francagoestohollywood · 02/12/2007 13:08

Another thing I like other than vouchers for body massages is comic books from Posy Simmonds.
