Me and my sister usually pool together so budget will be around £40-£50. I'm sure all grand parents are hard to buy for, but to add to the difficulties, she is emigrating with my parents to France next year so household stuff is out. As I won't see her that often from then on, was thinking of something personal, like the fingerprint jewellery someone linked to last week. She likes gold and rubies/opals in jewellery and is a keen knitter and into sewing. She is very active and good for her age. Thank you so much.

For my Gran who is in her 90s I'm getting her vouchers (that I'm making myself) for her usual hair salon.

Great minds think alike. My mum has the tickets to strictly for Christmas and we bought my nan a perm for her birthday in Oct. Thinking maybe a handprint canvas of my kids. My sister has no kids yet, so she can think of her own present

If she's into it, how about a subscription to her favourite magazine e.g. People's friend, Yours etc, or her newspaper. They will usually post out of the country, and it keeps them in touch with what;s going on at home. I know People's friend is a bout £50, we've ought one for my 95 yr old nan this year.
