The Polar Express - we've started already!

Niecie · 15/11/2007 18:16

The Polar Express is good! Its an animated film but very Christmasy.

Niecie · 15/11/2007 18:17

Snap!

annobalthebignosereindeer · 15/11/2007 18:18

The Snowman...

Plinkyplonk · 15/11/2007 18:19

Definatley one for Polar Express, it's our christmas eve in fleecy jim jams eating bacon sarnies, playing christmas games and drinking hot chocolate film.

Also, the classic snowman. We also read 'twas the night before christmas before bed'

Divvy · 15/11/2007 18:20

When your kiddies have gone to bed...Love Actually, for yourself

fawkeoff · 15/11/2007 18:24

pointydog · 15/11/2007 18:27

Scrooge the musical

McDreamy · 15/11/2007 18:27

We are a "night before xmas" family too! We have a lovely edition my mum bought DD for her first Xmas. She loved it last year (she was 3) looking forward to reading it again this year!

pointydog · 15/11/2007 18:28

I think Nightmare would be too much. It's pretty scary. And plot quite tricky. Personally I'd keep it for a couple of years.

fawkeoff · 15/11/2007 18:42

yeah think i will leave the nightmare until shes a bit older

The Muppet Christmas carol is quite good.

mumpleasemayi · 16/11/2007 22:21

Doh just re-read and you've already got it! Silly me

VeniVidiVickiQV · 16/11/2007 22:21

Oh another one for The Polar Express.

A truly magical film that we all enjoyed watching. And DD 4.5, and DS 2.5 ask to watch it over and over.

worleybear · 16/11/2007 22:27

oh yes, santa clause the movie, i brought it last year to watch with ds1 (he was 7nearly8) and loved it, as much as i did when it came out. there is also a raymond briggs cartoon-film called father christmas which is very good too
