What vegetables do you do for Christmas dinner?

Roast Potatoes
Honey Roast Parsnips
Cauliflower Cheese
Peas
Carrots
Sprouts (may stir fry these with either bacon or chorizo)

Carrots

Sweet potato croquettes
Roasties

I usually do mashed root veg etc but dc prefer plain steamed veg so just making it easier

Boiled carrots
Roast parsnips
Roast potatoes(king edwards)
Peas

Sweetcorn!

Oh and sprouts! Of course sprouts.
