Nice men's toiletries but not horrendously expensive

I live the advice that that I've seen on some of the Christmas threads to upgrade something that a person uses everyday.

I'd like to do this with DH's shaving foam, shower gel etc.. But I'd rather not go very exclusive and expensive, as I'm on a budget.

Can anyone recommend anything mid range please?

Thank you

I get dh L’Oreal Men Expert shower gel. It’s a nice thickness and very silky. It’s not particularly expensive and I can get it in the supermarket, but it’s not the cheapest brand either. He wouldn’t thank me for a posher shower gel now, as this one is just right.

As a budget tip, deodorant tends to be one of the least expensive products in high end ranges - maybe around £25 when an aftershave might set you back £150.

DH always rates LOreal Men Expert but he also like Nivea for men as an alternative

DH loves King of Shaves and they are good but not too expensive.

DH and DBs really like Executive Shaving. It's a Glasgow-based mens' grooming I hate that word retailer. They sell branded stuff but they make their own products too.

Their own products are brilliant according to DH and DB. Simple, but really good quality. A big jar/tin of nice shaving cream costs about £17. It's all paraben free and and that jazz as well if that's important. DH in particular raves about it and the shaving cream he's got smells absolutely gorgeous.

Thanks for the great suggestions, I'll check them out this evening .
