Beware WeRChristmas!!!!

We ordered a new tree and other Xmas decorations from werchristmas back in September for delivery first week of Nov (preorder) on the back of recommendations on MN. No sign of them! Their phones are off and they aren't answering email or many SM messages. Their Facebook page and UK trust pilot reviews are blowing up with very unhappy customers. They are blaming COVID but seem to have had similar problems last year. If anyone is thinking of buying from them, I'd really recommend going somewhere else.

No luck yet with my refund through my credit account!

Please everyone avoid this company like the plague- it honestly feels like one giant scam- literally no-one manning the phones, no replies to emails but they take your money months before dispatching or without ever dispatching!

@Lovely1a2b3c I'm still waiting to hear back from my bank. I agree they feel like a scam, I have now reported them to Action Fraud. Not an ideal way to spend New Year but they can't go on taking people's money, it's just not right.
The tracking number they sent shows "We have no tracks for your parcel yet" and nothing arrived.
Hope you all get your money back very soon!

I never received my order and payments have been taken. I can't get them to pick up phone and they do not respond to my e mails.
Will never use them again.

I’m also having issues with them. They finally dispatched my stuff after I opened a PayPal case against them but once it arrived some of it was crap and they aren’t responding to my emails requesting a returns label- definitely avoid!
