I am so stuck this year, budget is low, around £50-£75. I like to get a "big" presents and a few little stocking fillers too. He has a hobby (cycling..booo) but always gets what he wants or needs for it himself, and I wouldn't know where to start with it anyway. I've looked into a bike magazine subscription but the cheapest I can find is about £65 wanted to avoid. Would like to get him something different, that would be wow when he opens it, Is that even possible? lol.

We don't live together if that makes a difference

If he likes cycling have a look at cycle for good which was mentioned on the independent retailer thread. My other half loves bikes so I've bought him the belt made from an inner tube which was £26 but they have other gift ideas. Maybe not a main present as such but def worth a look

Have you tried this cycling magazine? You vould always just get the latest issue as they are like a book:
www.rouleur.cc

And there are lots of good cycling books - Geraint Thomas and Ned Boulting one have both been popular with my family.

Muc-Off make lots of good bike cleaning kit and do some good sets for Christmas. Or things like a set of energy gels/bars might go down well - can never have too many!

Some good cycling themed stuff on Etsy too like these clocks:
