I am expecting not to see the relatives, friends and colleagues I would usually give a Christmas card and small gift to.

I give a substantial gift to some individuals and will do the same this year. To some friends and family I give a card with some chocolates, sweets or biscuits.

For this latter category I'm thinking about what I can buy and send from Amazon (probably without a card as I'd have to send that separately) and preferably for around £10-15.

I'm thinking Charbonnel et Walker, Hotel Chocolat, Lindt type chocolates unless anyone has any other suggestions or thinking of doing similar?

Some of the advent calendars look good fun so I am tempted by those for friends I don't mind spending a bit more on.

Fahri chocolate gingers. The ones that come in their own papier mache pot.

I think they are exquisite.

Willie’s cacao is divine. I occasionally pop a single bar in my basket on Amazon.

For inexpensive gifts I send 2 slices of cake in a card. Recipients are always thrilled & its a bit unusual.

That's a beautiful box. I wonder if many people would enjoy them? I've never had them so hard to say
