Hi all - just as the title says, can anyone recommend a Christmas Planner?! Ideally one with a food/recipe section and gift lists etc.?

I recently bought one from home bargains. It was really cheap as well. It was in the stationery section not the Christmas section (my local one doesn't have any major Christmas things out yet).

Amazon have some, i cwnt remember brand but it has lots of sections including recipes and pockets for receipts

Thank you both! I will pop into home bargains and have a look there. I find it difficult to know which ones are good online because you can’t flick through the sections.

I second the Rachel Ellen planner, it's the o e I have too. But if you run a budget I've seen the card factory pocket sized one for £1.50 popping up a lot on social media and the Home Bargains 99p one is highly recommend too.

If you can get your hands on an old style Cath Kidston ring binder one they are fantastic. Plenty of space and when I have run out of pages I replace them with ones from Etsy.

I have a lovely Wrendale Designs Christmas planner which I love. It has some stickers at the front that can go on gifts, has a section on Christmas cards (addresses, sent, received), gifts (ideas and space to list received gifts), a section for food shopping and festive recipes, a calendar section with important dates and events and a space for to do lists and notes. It is a reasonable size so can be used for more than one year (there is a space for the year at the top of pages) and allows you to look back at what you did the previous year. I only started mine late in December last year but it made recording who bought my ds specific gifts a lot easier and there is also a space to tick off when you have sent a thank you card.

Thank you everyone! This has helped lots - I like the idea of one which will last multiple years!

I’ve been getting aabe creative Christmas planner
I love the sections it has - plenty of recipe/meal planning, present lists with lots of detail. As well as a page for planning elf antics, tv/film watching lists, traditions section, days out, etc etc calendar, shopping list, notes, bits and bobs checklist,

It’s not the most sophisticated notebook in terms of style but I not been able to find a nice leather bound one or binder type one that has all the different pages

I've never had a Christmas planner before, but my gosh do I need one now!

bumbleb33s · 08/09/2020 11:57

After reading this thread I have ordered the Rachel Ellen one, I like it as you can use it for multiple years, got it slightly cheaper off eBay than Amazon too, soooo excited :)

bumbleb33s · 08/09/2020 11:59

@sapnupuas I've never had one either, I usually just put everything in a book I use daily but it's all jumbled with all my all my other day to day stuff, now I can have it all in one place yahhhh (saddo) ;)

Avacadoandtoast · 08/09/2020 21:24

@bumbleb33s I’ve just ordered one too - excited to get planning!!
