Christmas Ideas for blind/hearing impaired elderly relative

I would really appreciate any present ideas for my Nana. She is in her 90's has almost lost her sight, has mobility problems and is beginning to lose her hearing. She is fiercely independent so won't appreciate anything that appears too much like a disability aid. She says TV and radio is too noisy and confusing these days, so I don't think audio books would work. She used to love photo books of the great grandkids but can't see well enough for this any more. She also has no internet or ability to use a computer. I don't live nearby so although I'd love to set up wifi and lots of helpful digital things I've tried in the past and it's failed when it's gone wrong and I can't pop in to fix it. Her main hobbies were socialising and travelling. She also doesn't drink. Any ideas, I know it's a difficult one. She says she is very bored whenever I ring her, I'd love to get her something (or a few things) really special that also improve her day to day life. It's also her birthday shortly before Christmas, so any ideas would be brilliant.

A nice blanket/throw
Food hamper
Perfume
Maybe something to get her hair or nails done - voucher for somewhere?
Clothing/ pjs and slippers, dressing gown
Tickets for a day out or gift card for a restaurant?

Cashmere anything.
Slippers.
Hand cream.
Plants that smell - hydranga?

Tbh she would probably prefer a day or weekend spent with her where she had someone to chat to. My mum's that age and has everything she wants. When I visit I take lunch with me and some treats from M&S.

Thanks, some nice ideas. Cashmere blanket or a nice throw is a good idea. She's already got perfume, hand cream etc that are her favourites and wouldn't try new ones. She'd love her hair/nails done but can't go that far from the house anymore. I'm not sure if she'd let someone in to do it at home, but I might look into it. HollowTalk you're right, she'd love us to visit more than anything, but it's not been possible and now with covid I'm not sure when it will be, it's a long train journey for us and increases the risk I'd be bringing the virus with me. Hopefully it won't be too long before it's not a risk. I do post her M&S hampers every so often, she loves them, perhaps a bigger hamper than usual. Thanks for all your ideas, it's got me thinking.
