My 4 year old is getting one gift - what should it be?

We're doing a "secondhand" Christmas. So it's not entirely true that my 4 year old is only getting 1 gift - she'll be getting a few good condition secondhand things that I've been collecting from gumtree and charity shops.

BUT when we were in town, I watched her as we passed some toy shops and her face when she saw all the pink plastic...

So if you were going to get your 4 year old girl something faddy and pink and "wow!" What one thing would it be?

She's 4, in Reception, doesn't have a clue what's "in", likes role play and imagination games but has sylvanians and playmobil... likes "cute" things (eyeroll...). And something decent quality (as in, won't break with first play)...

Price limit £5 - 10 probably. And not soft toys as everyone seems to buy her cuddly toys! She clearly has that look about her!

Any help much appreciated!

I don't have a 4 year old so excuse me if I'm way off the mark!

£5-10 and decent quality brand new is tricky - I'd look at some of the John Lewis own brand toys and up the budget to £10-15

A tea set
(nothing quite like making cups of tea for all the family at Christmas)

Doll's pushchair
£8 at JL - would have wow factor if she's into dolls

A play kitchen set.

Or a play shop set such as this one.

Sorry, see now that your budget is £10 max!
A lovely play tea set perhaps?
