Again thank you for all the ideas. She loved the snowflakes and they are taped to the windows. The paper chain will be put up tomorrow and we shall walks round and find lights if it's good weather tomorrow evening.
I have decided to find one large present maybe, I like the idea of the colouring house, and smaller presents. I think £10 for treats is good. I could maybe get some extras if I rearrange my shopping budget and organise my meal plan.
You are right, she will remember the activities. I remember playing games with my family when I was younger. And the chocolate and treats.

There is a phone app called olio which gives away food that would otherwise be going to waste. Depending on your area there can be quite a lot on there! Tesco are donating this Christmas time and just into the new year daily in my area and pret donate regularly on a pretty much daily basis in my area too aswel as people giving personally.
I’d also try and get to the shops for the time that they reduce the food in the evening and see if you can pick up your meats and a few treats that you can freeze and then use over Christmas!
Freecycle might be worth a look and also gumtree for second hand.
I absolutely advise charity shops too, you can get some fabulous things from them!
I love all the other ideas for salt dough, baking, making ect.
The Christmas lights walk is something we do too and the DC love it!
Movie nights, decoration making, winter walks, den building, Santa letters, Christmassy baking (with what’s in the house already), board/card games and library trips for Christmassy books are all great free activities and if you can fit it into the budget by juggling things around and want a christmas trip then vue cinemas do mini mornings showings over the weekends and holidays at 10am for £2.50 per person which I’m sure will have a festive theme until Christmas!
What area do you live in roughly? If you live close to me I would be happy to pop some toys and treat foods around for your daughter and you! And if by some crazy luck you live very close I would also happily plate up a couple of extra Christmas dinners and slices of the cake we’ll be having!
I wish you and your daughter a very merry Christmas and she has the best gift of all already, a mum that loves and cares about her! I hope you both have a wonderful day Xmas Smile

Inflatables are cheap and make a big impact.

Kids love pop up tents (usually quite cheap but big).

Poundland is selling sweets from 50p and teddies cheap including tsumtsum style secret life of pets, lol dolls art packs and games for £1.

Wilko has cheap sweets too, I saw 50p chocolate coins.

Slime is cheap (often £1) and kids love slime.

Arts and crafts are cheap and popular with little girls.

Charity shops can be great I got a big (football size) TY winnie the pooh for £1.

Poundstrecher was having a sale, many things reduced to a few pound.
