What sort of price range are you thinking? This training ball looks good training ball

BikeRunSki · 09/12/2019 21:18

Price ?
Does he play, support or both?

Todayissunny · 09/12/2019 21:21

Goalie gloves.

Alakazam8 · 09/12/2019 22:52

About 20/30 at most. Already got similar to training ball and goalie gloves previous years, which is probably why I’m stuck. I think he plays in defence.

Ds (13) still loves a football annual - if you know what team he supports you can get team specific ones. Or maybe a t shirt for his team (not a strip obviously as they are ££££££)

Does he play Fifa on ps or Xbox? ds would LOVE Fifa points.

Alakazam8 · 10/12/2019 06:30

The football annual might work as a starting point. Thanks- doesn’t play fifa or that would be brilliant ( and a lot easier)

Football Monopoly (the board game) was a massive hit in our house!

Alakazam8 · 10/12/2019 10:03

Football monopoly, that’s brilliant. Thank you so much!

The monopoly seems to be over my price range... any other suggestions please?

What about a mini fusball table? 19.99 in smyths

PhilomenaChristmasPie · 10/12/2019 12:59

Shirt for his team?

Alakazam8 · 10/12/2019 13:22

Thanks will have a look for a team shirt but didn’t think that was in the price range. I don’t think he’d be into fusball somehow or that would have been ideal. Not easy!

Team training shirts are usually considerably cheaper than the match kits.

Alakazam8 · 10/12/2019 14:44

Ok thanks - will look into that

Ds has this every year.

FurnitureAndBackgammon · 10/12/2019 19:35

Vintage football? A bit different. My DS has one a couple of years ago, he and his mates played with it a lot until they booted it over the local building site and never saw it again

Alakazam8 · 10/12/2019 20:35

Thanks - that’s a great idea too

Boot buddy , my ds has had his a few years now. Great present for a footballer

Chinainmyhand · 10/12/2019 20:38

Football socks, I know that's sounds boring but if he plays a lot he will always be needing them and the more expensive pairs are more comfortable. For training it won't matter what colour but if you find his team's colors it's a bonus
