What can I get my dog mad nearly 6yo? She wants a dog...but that's not happening. I thought a dog robot maybe?? She has dog soft toys galore... Help!

My dog mad ds would love the dementia pets. He’s already has a basket, a collar and lead and a Christmas jumper for his toy dog! But yes I think you’d have to be careful that she didn’t think the bits and pieces were for a real dog.
I would so so love to get him his own dog but will have to wait a few years.

Yes, someone else at work pointed out she might think it's all for a real dog too argh, I don't know what to get her!

Peppy Pups are great fun - we can't have a dog for similar reasons to you but my daughter loves taking this for a walk. It's funny watching it's little paws bouncing along after her!

She got it when she was 4 and still plays with now at 6.

I remember getting a dog with puppies in its tummy when I was 6 or 7, it was a pound puppy 🙂, one of my favourite toys from my childhood.

My dd keeps asking for cruffs tickets but I refuse as I’m not a fan of kennel club, instead I take her to the local beach which is always full of dogs in the winter 🤣

Went Xmas shopping today and came up blank on inspiration. Found a robo dash puppy which looked good, but she likes to cuddle them and it's plastic... She's agreed to getting a dog print for her room, but there's so many I can't decide...!

Right, she drew her Xmas list today and there's a dog bed and collar on there. And she knows it won't be a puppy. So I'm going with the accessories and I've found a good fact book and possibly a poster of different dog breeds. Oh, and santa has got her the hideous puppy surprise

Now it'll just be dealing with a jealous sibling who'll have less in number of presents...
