If there's someone you need to buy for and you're struggling for an idea, post it here and hopefully another MNer will have a great gift in mind!

(I'm hoping this thread doesn't already exist - if it does, I couldn't find it!)

Personally I'm struggling for something "big" for DP. Not huge, just more interesting than the usual gift-y things. He's late 20s, doesn't like sport, and he's trying to cut down his alcohol intake so I'm not giving him booze.

Throw some ideas my way Grin

A games console? A sweet hamper?
Sorry couldn't be of more help!
I'm looking for inspiration for my brother. I have just over £6.00 left of his budget. He's 47, into sci-fi and doesn't do sweets. Any ideas?

I need to buy a small gift for dd’s respite carer, any ideas? She’s 40 something I don’t really know what she likes 🤔

I got a £6.00 Amazon gift card in the end. Xmas Grin
Lovemusic How about something for her feet? So when she goes home she can rest up on them. I know The Body Shop used to do a peppermint foot lotion, to soothe tired feet, maybe something like that, or a foot spa?

@AllStarBySmashMouth a personalised stand for headphones. There are some impressive looking ones on Etsy?

AllstarIsBrightbySmashMouth · 03/12/2019 08:04

Thanks for the ideas!

@Lovemusic33 Maybe something like a nice vase or a reed diffuser? For people like that I tend to hit up the B&M homeware and gifts aisle. They have some nice things Smile
