Best place to buy lovely stocking fillers?

I've exhausted John Lewis and don't like anything on Amazon

Any suggestions for where I could buy stocking fillers that are quirky, useful, and fun? For an 21 year old DD and a 13 year old DS.

Thanks

Rex London might be worth a look?

I always hit up the big museum shops for stocking fillers - the British, Natural History and Science museums and V&A shop always have interesting things and it’s all online too.

I love tiger

WhereverIMayRoam · 23/11/2019 17:12

Sass and Belle have some cute/quirky bits and bobs. I’ve just ordered this Elephant passport holder for dd and a cute glasses case for her bff who’s just started wearing specs.

Prezzybox can be good too.

Debenhams have 3 for 2 on lots of gifts at the minute.. some really nice cute stocking fillers!!!

Lovemenorca · 23/11/2019 17:15

Hawkin’s bazarre online

SquishySquirmy · 23/11/2019 17:15

I like stockings that clink!
Not for your D's obviously, but if your D's drinks maybe a couple of miniatures of her favourite tipple? Or something a bit unusual - Eg if she drinks gin, then a brand or flavour she's not had before.

Tiger is often quite good for fun sweets etc.

Typo

Trewser · 23/11/2019 17:17

I bought loads of beauty bits from Boots for dd19s stocking. The Ordinary stuff, lip glosses, travel hair stuff etc. Also the body shop does all the small sizes and its 10 off if you spend 30!!

Trewser · 23/11/2019 17:19

(I did spend 30 as i have three teenage dds!)

Hema - a bit like tiger, but less novelty stuff. Can also shop online.

Thanks all! Some great sites to explore

I find myself spending a fortune on stocking fillers. I try not to fill them with things they won't use and I don't put things like toothbrushes or flannels in them.

So far I have ..

For 13 year old

Long tube of jelly belly beans
Lindt bear
Lindt snowmen
Two coins from the royal mint (he's a coin collector)
Spider-Man 1st class stamps set

And for 21 year old ..

Lindt snowmen
Lush bath bomb
A light up bottle stopper
A money maze with a £20 note in it

So I just want bits to make it up to 10-12 items and that'll be them done

Thanks again for the suggestions

WagtailRobin · 24/11/2019 02:11

Sass&Belle, Flying Tiger, Rex London... These would be my "go to" sites.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/11/2019 09:21

Reeses Christmas trees
Miniatures of drinks for eldest, and those cute new Coke mixer bottles for youngest
Soap or shower gel in a nicer version than usual
Butts Bees lipbalm
Book
Nuts, barbecue or chilli sauce, hot chocolate, chocolate spread, insert food item s of choice

TCody · 24/11/2019 10:32

For the teenagers in my house we use Typo, Ohh Deer, Urban Outfitters, IWOOT, Lush and Waterstones. I also tend to get chocolate/sweets but will usually get them from the supermarket.

Literary Gift Company online.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 24/11/2019 15:24

Just bought some Nip&Fab wipes half price in Superdrug for stockings

daisypond · 24/11/2019 15:35

Has anyone ideas about ethical gifts? My 20-year-old student DC says she wants no presents at all, just a donation to charity... I want to get her something, though.

uncomfortablydumb53 · 24/11/2019 15:45

I've just looked at hema..... Some fab ideas there!
Thank you to pp
