Reusable Christmas present bags

Can anyone recommend resusable, no n plastic Christmas present bags

The idea being we use these each year to "wrap" presents, so as not to waste paper.

Was imagining small draw string bags for stockings and a variety of sizes for main presents.

Can anyone recommend any?

Nice Christmas tote bags from ASDA George:

Love the Seasalt ones.

All the reuseable ones I've seen are handmade so not cheap. What about pillowcases with ribbon to tie?

Very simply sew rectangles with an open end, insert gift, tie top with string. Rather like the pp above suggested with a pillowcase.

Alternatively, get big squares of fabric and wrap around gift as if it's paper, tie up with ribbon.

I've been doing this for years, everyone gets very excited to see the same fabric year after year ("I remember this from my trainset... My Paw Patrol figures came in this bag... This had Where's Wally" etc).

I also made birthday bags/fabric squares. Uber cheap: old t-shirts with cute designs (some of ds' pyjama tops with polar bears, penguins etc), funky red and white prints, dark blue with stars, and so on.

I certainly wouldn't spend £5 on a bag per gift!

Oh, and we don't wrap stocking gifts. The stocking is the wrapping. Still exciting to up-end on our bed and squee at the contents!

Have a look on the Hobbycraft website. They have various plain fabric ones that you can decorate yourself.

I made my own drawstring bags over 20 years ago. And by hand, too - no sewing machine at the time. So anyone can do it. Bottle of wine size, book size, dvd size. The trick is to get them back once all the presents are open and tuck them away until next year.

I have since had to make a collection for everyone in the family.
