I have a DD who will be 2.5 at Christmas. She's much more aware of everything this year and I'm so looking forward to it! Her birthday is in June so we've had a while/will have a while before more presents so I can get her a few things.

We do a Christmas Eve box as we always got new pjs on Christmas Eve growing up so have continued with that really - it's more of a bedtime box. And I have gotten her a Disney tree ornament every year so far and plan to continue.

I can't decide what to get for her main present(s). Would only really want to spend about £75 to leave some money left for her stocking and Christmas Eve box. She loves Thomas so a new train is a must but not sure what else. My aunt is getting her a new doll's pram.

What are you getting?

I have 2 DDs, 2 and 3.5 years old. Last year our 2.5 yr old we got her a dressing up rail and dressing up outfits as her main present and a baby annabell doll (the interactive little Annabell rather than the bigger one). Both were massive hits and played with daily over the last year, would recommend.

This year they are both getting various dolls bits and bobs, 2 year old is getting leapfrog ice cream cart and 3.5 year old is getting a bigger dolls house (for barbie sized dolls).

Disney toddler dolls are also hugely loved by them and endlessly played with

Definitely the thing that has had the most play for my now 3.5DD is the toy kitchen... if she's not cooking on it I'm being told to...

I’ve got my 2.5 year old (also June birthday) a creatimber board and a couple of new books.

Relatives have got her a doctors play set, a play till (in Aldi toy event at the moment), some clothes, new bog boots (like wellies) and cookie cutters and a kitchen apron.

My dd will be 2 just Before Christmas. I got her a balance bike and helmet. It cost £30.

Last year she got a wooden kitchen and it's still been played with every day.

A £12 walk along dog. She's going to love it.

My 2.5 year old is getting some sylvanian families sets and other bits and a scooter. Her siblings are 5 & 4 and the toy kitchen and leapfrog ice cream cart have been big hits previously and are all still played with now by them and her.

Last year we got my daughter an Asda kitchen and second hand wooden doll house. I also got the Disney princess house second hand and a toy pushchair.
My dd is 3 in December so have got her the peppa pig collection of books. I also brought a bundle of peppa toys second hand a little while ago. Paw patrol Everest. An orchard game. A cry baby doll and bloopie doll. A purse and a few make up items (she had a huge paddy last year when I put makeup on!). A peppa bracelet from home bargains £1. Play doh. I also brought second hand dress up outfits but forgot to give it to her last year.

Another vote for play kitchen. My just turned 2 year old also lovers her child trampoline class about £40 on Amazon, and reusable stickers.
