And if so, which one?

Pondering the same thing.

What do you need one of them for?

I bought one in the sales last year. It’s the white one that does 2’’x3” photos (not the 200). It’s now rarely used and the photos that I’ve printed out on it have become blue tinged and weirdly discoloured within a year - the colours now look like very poor polaroids. It seems like the prints don’t react well to exposure to light. On the plus side, it’s pretty straightforward to set up and use. Overall, it turned out to be an expensive novelty buy rather than a useful bit of kit. I thought my teens would be more interested in using it but they seem even less impressed with it than me. If you have a specific use in mind for it then I guess it might be more worthwhile.

@SukiPutTheEarlGreyOn thank you. I’m wondering if it’ll help us be better about regularly printing photos but ordering them online for delivery is relatively easy and high quality.
Does anyone love theirs?

The photos are very small, refills expensive & print quality/detail is poor because the size of the photos is so small! BUT, my DD used hers regularly to print little pictures of her friends for scrapbook albums until she discovered snapfish 50 free prints a month (she just pays P&P) and she uses this to print her pictures out properly.
Sprocket is a novelty at best and now gathers dust somewhere in her room.

Thanks @Elodie2019 - that’s my mind made up! Hate that sort of waste and ongoing expense.

I love mine. I bought a scrapbook from Hobbycraft and regularly print photos and because the sprocket paper is actually stickers, I can just stuck them straight in. I then add notes about what we got up to.

I don't find the paper too expensive, it's £10 for a pack of twenty in Argos. I've never tried the fake paper.

I like the app too so I can personalise the pictures with little graphics or slogans.

It's not a replacement for real photos but it's a lot of fun.

don't. DD got one about 2 years ago and quickly got bored. You need to keep buying printer paper. Waste of money. More of an ornament now.
