3 wheeled scooter that's not "tilt to turn"

I don't know if I'm actually looking for something that doesn't exist!

I'm looking for a three wheeled scooter for my tall 5 year old. She's too tall for the first trike scooters, so I've been looking at lots of other height adjustable ones but they all have this bizarre lean to turn system instead of normal steering handlebars like she's used to.

Is there a 3 wheeled scooter for older children that has normal steering?

I’m not sure why you want the tilt to turn, but at 5, she would probably learn a different method quite quickly. Alternatively, at 5, would she not prefer a two-wheeler.

My son switched from the Mini Micro (tilt) to the Micro Sprite (steer and 2 wheel) on his fifth birthday, and never seemed to struggle with either.

@equimum DD has ASC, her coordination isn't great and she struggles to get to grips with new motor skills, but she loves her normal 3 wheel scooter that she's outgrown so I was just hoping for a bigger version of that. Even the three wheeled one she still can't push along very smoothly.

Ah, sorry!

I’ve had a look and I cannot see any bigger 3 wheel scooters that use a turning handlebar either. Hopefully someone will know if something. Good luck in your search.

Has she tired a tilt to turn or a 2 wheel?
Might be worth trying to see if she can try both out to see which suits better.

If it helps at all my son is nearly 9 and has the maxi micro (which is a tilt to turn one) and a normal 2 wheel scooter. He swaps between them easily but actually prefers the Maxi to the 2 wheel one cause a. It goes faster and b. It’s much easier to steer. I would recommend trying one...you might find she takes to it easily.

@Blackbear19 she wouldn't get on a friends 2 wheeled one at all.
