Can anyone give me (probably DIY) hamper advice?

Looking to make 2 hampers for close family who live abroad but I'm not too sure what are nice bits to include.
Both hampers are for DGPs and one side also has a 9yo DGD nearby who is my niece.

I'm trying to work out what bits they don't have over there in their shops yet that would hopefully go down well they live in the EU so they do already have a good range available to them.
First thing I'm including is galaxy hot chocolate as its my DGMs favourite but otherwise I'm a bit stumped and I also have never made a hamper before.

Where can I get good baskets from and also what would you put in them? I'd like them to be fairly budget friendly as I definitely wouldn't want to pay more than £50 each as I still have to account for postage.

i usually do as follows:
-buy a gift basket from the works (where they have them cheap)
-choose a theme. whether it be vegan products (eg vegan beauty products), 'treat' foods or something else
-shop around. you can usually get some good deals online for less than you would pay in store x

Consider weight if it's being posted ?
And look at what's allowed to be posted
Mine are usually home made chutney, home made baileys etc

It you're sending it by ordinary post then you'll want a sturdy box or basket you can pack the items in tightly because a cellophane and bow type hamper is probably going to get pretty bashed about! Be careful too with any glass items such as jars of chutney etc, they'll need to be well wrapped.

Tbh I think a home made hamper always seems like a good idea but in reality they can end up costing a lot and not looking like much at all unless you have a large budget and you know exactly what the recipient likes. Even more difficult if you have to consider what can be posted safely.

Re postage it will be done via a transport company who know my DGPs as they are quite local to them so it won't be too expensive.

It's hard to work out what exactly to put in as its not for a single person it's for everyone to share. It's cheaper than buying individual gifts for everyone (not that we've done it up until now) and I'd just like to start this year and send them something like that every year.

I looked at Aldi hampers but not sure if they're a bit naff - has anyone had one?
