DS is spending Christmas with XH and has asked if I will send his Christmas Eve box. I want to include something inside for XH's SD who is 14. A little out of touch, any ideas??

Anything from lush or Superdrug do bathbombs and basic makeup.

My 14 year old likes anything fluffy (blankets, socks, cushions) she’s also happy with food gifts.

DD's stocking has the following:-

2 face masks
Blue tooth shower speaker
Eyeshadow pallet
Lush bathbomb
Bar of chocolate
Hair towel turban
Starbucks giftcard
Sample of Chanel perfume

A lot of sales will be starting tomorrow so you can probably get some pretty cheep good things for £5.

What about a onesie or a lovely fleecy snuggle blanket, cosy socks, notebook and nice markies?

WobbleTime · 22/12/2018 10:04

I’ve got 2 girls. They like cosy fluffy socks, makeup, lip balms, face packs, fleece blankets or pretty pillows (fluffy cushions), pj’s, or maybe a dvd like Elf to watch. Any chocolate obviously.

DD1 is 14 and would agree with the 'anything rose gold' suggestion. Also, those patterned face masks from Primark, fluffy socks, snow fairy from Lush, Body Shop minis, charcoal face masks in a tube, highlighters, friction pens, Mario Badescu facial spray, Lindt or Lindor chocolate and chocolate orange.

Can't really go wrong with a box of chocolates. So thoughtful of you to think of ex's SD.

PenguinPandas · 22/12/2018 15:44

Got a 13 year old. It's mainly the phone unfortuantely but also likes a football, soft toys (Cookie Monster atm!), chocolate, earphones, basic makeup like concealer / foundation

Thanks everyone for your help. I settled on a few bits of Bourjois make up and nail varnish in pastel shades.
